About Ann Acres

Ann Acres is a quiet community situated along Rt. 1, just north of the town limits of Dewey Beach and near the communities of Seabreeze and Pine Bay. This convenient location is within four to five blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and all of the attractions that Dewey Beach has to offer.

Ann Acres includes an eclectic group of homes ranging from homes built in the 1960’s to newer construction. The typical lot size is 50’ x 100’, or 5,000 square feet, for single family homes. Also, Ann Acres includes some smaller condo/townhouse buildings within the community.

Ann Acres is a great option for the buyer that prefers close proximity to Dewey Beach, but at a slightly lower price point than the “in-town” options. Single family home prices range from the $400’s to $700’s and more. Condo prices start in the $200’s.
